I began my career humbly, working from a 10’ x 10’ room in my parents’ home, offering lash services with nothing more than my skills, a dream, and relentless determination. Those early days became the foundation of something extraordinary. Today, I stand as the proud co-founder of Modern Aesthetic College, the owner of two of Toronto’s largest and most prestigious salons, and the leader of a 50-person team that helps shape the future of beauty every single day. Over the last decade, I’ve devoted 18,000+ hours to lash extension services, mastered the art of hair extensions as a dual-certified technician, and built a thriving empire that includes robust e-commerce, in-person academies, and digital learning platforms serving students and clients from all over the world. But here’s what I want you to know: I started exactly where many of you are now—with a dream and the courage to take the first step. I invested in myself through education, and that decision changed my life forever. Today, I live my dream life. I get to wake up every day doing what I love, walking into my salons and campuses filled with the most talented educators, aestheticians, and students. I serve clients from across the globe and empower aspiring entrepreneurs to create the careers—and lives—they’ve always imagined. My greatest joy is helping others realize their potential. I bring high energy, unstoppable passion, and a deep commitment to every student I mentor. My mission is simple: to prove that with focus, dedication, and the right education, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. My name is Denis Babic, and my path in the beauty industry has been driven by one mission: to help people unlock their potential and turn their dreams into thriving careers. Over the past five years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of aesthetics, combining my passion for beauty with a deep commitment to education. What inspires me most is seeing students not only master their craft but also grow the confidence to build their own businesses and succeed as entrepreneurs. As co-founder of Modern Aesthetic College, my role is to be there for our students every step of the way. From that very first conversation to getting them registered and connected with the right courses, I act as their mentor, guide, and biggest supporter. I believe that education is more than just learning a skill—it’s about gaining the tools, mindset, and belief that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. What excites me every day is knowing that I get to play a part in shaping the future of beauty. I wake up motivated to connect with students, hear their stories, and help them take those important first steps toward building the careers—and lives—they’ve always imagined. My mission is simple: to inspire, mentor, and guide aspiring beauty professionals so they can create success on their own terms.
